Upper and Lower Lid Resurfacing Treatments

How does this treatment work

Our lower lid resurfacing treatment is a powerful non-surgical alternative to traditional upper and lower eyelid surgeries (blepharoplasty) for improving laxity and wrinkles around the eyes. The laser causes the skin to contract, tightening and reducing wrinkles in the eyelid area. The treatment is precise and targets the deeper layers of the skin to produce noticeable, long-lasting results. During the controlled healing process, the body produces will new collagen and elastin to restore skin structure, thickness and elasticity in this delicate area.

What can I expect during the treatment?

During the treatment, your laser technicians will provide goggles or eye shields to protect your eyes. A cooling gel is applied along the periorbital area. Subsequently, gentle pulses of visible light is used to treat the inflammation of the eyelids. Each treatment session takes 15-30 minutes. You may have some temporary effects such as mild redness and swelling, which typically subsides within a few days.

How many treatments will I need?

You may notice significant improvement after one treatment. For best results, 4 sessions may be recommended, every 3-4 weeks.
